Karrin is a successful Arizona business executive. She is the Founder and President of Arizona Strategies, a land use strategy firm headquartered in Phoenix.
Throughout her extensive career in legal and real estate development, she has fought for economic growth and secured approval for many of Arizona’s finest master-planned communities and commercial projects, creating thousands of new jobs for Arizona families.
Karrin has served on the boards of numerous community and economic development organizations. She has served on multiple education-related boards, including the board of Great Hearts Academies, the Arizona Board of Regents, Creighton University, and the American Council of Trustees and Alumni.

She also serves as the chairwoman of the Arizona PAC, an organization that fought to defend Arizona’s one-vote majorities in the House and Senate, and in doing so, helped expand the Republican majorities in both chambers.
